What we do
Goodies from Belize allows you to get unique, hand-picked, homemade products and tasty treats from Belize while helping support small family-owned businesses and artists in Belize
Like so many communities around the world, Belize was hit hard by the pandemic and with a drop in tourism, many Belizeans were left without an income. In the spirit of entrepreneurship, many families got creative and started producing high-quality foods, cosmetics, and arts made from local ingredients.

Frequently Asked Questions
When you order – you are only ordering ONE box. We do not have a subscription option at this time. You are welcome to order as many boxes as you want each month. The combination of items in the box changes every month – so you always have new surprises to look forward to!
Shipping a few products to the US is often cost-prohibitive for small businesses. By sending a collection of products together, we consolidate shipping, and we can place large orders with several small businesses at once. This gives the businesses needed revenue to invest back into their business or cover family expenses.
The boxes also give the businesses international recognition and customers.
It depends on when you order. We have set monthly order deadlines for each shipment (see above). After the deadline we need 7-10 days to receive the products and pack them up for shipping. Once shipped, it should take about 2 weeks to arrive to your US address (depending on the postal service).
ABSOLUTELY! Our goody boxes make excellent gifts! When you order, add your friend’s name and address (US only) in the shipping field. If you want us to include a gift note, you’ll have the chance to do that at the end of the order. Or you can email it to us at: [email protected]

Due to Covid restrictions, we can only ship to the US at this time.
However, the restrictions change all the time, so please contact us at [email protected] for availability and shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we do not customize boxes at this time. BUT that is part of the fun . . . the excitement of opening your box and discovering the Belize gifts inside! That said, you’ll also receive information (inside the box) about the businesses you supported so you can order from them in the future.
If you live in Belize, we recommend that you order directly from the many amazing businesses around the country or from one of the online options in Belize. That said, if you still really want one of our boxes, feel free to email us at [email protected] to receive the pricing without international shipping.
Because items are made from chemical-free local ingredients (coco-butter, coconut oil, local fruits and spices etc), VERY few of the items will contain animal products. Some may use a little honey and some chocolate may include milk. If you need a 100% vegan box, send us a message with your order and we double-check the ingredients in your box and swap as necessary. Few of the products we chose contain gluten, and we would never knowingly support a product that is not cruelty-free. Our packaging is as eco-friendly as we can get it, as we re-purpose boxes and materials to cut down on our carbon footprint. If you ever have a question about a product, feel free to email us.
Protecting the environment is important to us
To reduce our carbon footprint and avoid unnecessary waste, we use recycled and repurposed boxes and packaging materials. It may not be as pretty and shiny as new materials, but we think it's worth it to keep Belize and the world a little greener .
